Has anyone ever used:

Theyre based in Colombia I think, a friend of mine did some work for the company and says apparently its legit... But I feel like doing some digging before spending some $$. Any thoughtsÉ

Shaved head is out of style now, at least in North Brooklyn. That was big in the early 2000s. Now if just looks insecure. Shaggy is in now, even if you are balding a little. If it is too much, then shave it off.
