from what I understand:

-men are sometimes born with higher-than-normal levels of female hormones; they can naturally be more feminine - that's not the same as being born with a "girl's brain" though lol

-Many transgender people have some history of childhood sexual abuse. Many of them have a lot of emotional pain and feel like living as a woman is the only way to survive (because that was the message they got from their abuser when they were younger; i.e. "you have to act like a girl and service me or else I'll kill you"). Very sad.

Knowing that second point, I have a lot more compassion for them.

Come on, dude. I made a simple, logical point. Either you believe that gender is physically determined by brain chemistry or you think it's socialized. If you accept that gender is, in fact, physically determined, then that means sometimes people will be born male, but have a somehwhat feminized brain. Maybe some men are exposed to abnormally low levels of testosterone in the brain. I don't know.

Your point wasn't a good one. The male brain is part of the male body, it isn't some standalone organ that grows independently of what surrounds it.

Male body = male glands = male hormones. Those hormones are what causes growth. The brain grows according to the hormones/body it is in.

And, how is my first reply not relevant? If it is possible for a male to have a brain that is feminised, why isn't it possible for a brain to be 'animalised?' I imagine your answer will be exactly the reason why a male doesn't have a female brain.

This is pretty much how I feel about the whole thing. If a kid has a penis, you raise him as a boy until he is of an appropriate age to make his own decisions. People need to stop trying to make the world accommodate to their special little snowflake.

Some people are born with both sets of genitals. It stands to reason that some men are born with female brains and some women are born with male brains.
I think Roissy showed that the genderization of brains happens in roughly the third month of gestation, surely this process gets botched every now and then.
