I was at a low key beach in Maui trying to skin board with a boogie board. Some locals came up and told me to try out their skin board. Nice people. My cousin lives on North Shore. Maybe I had the "in" but the people there seemed nice as well. Just don't steel their waves howley.

I think i read something like this that said the happiest place in France is Tahiti.

Its amusing that the least "American" state is also the happiest.
