Somebody, I think it was Krauser, said that all Science Fiction is totally omega. I'd like to offer a counter example: Star Trek. The old one, from the 60s. (Don't waste your time with the newer ones.)

Sci-Fi is always more about the time it was made in than about the future. And it shows clearly in 60s Star Trek which is full of Alpha Male'isms by Captain Kirk, and slim girls in short skirts behaving in a very feminine way.

I'd even suggest everyone watch the whole series and observe how this guy behaves. He's got the qualities that most pick-up guides try to teach you.
