Just bought a bottle of Bragg's, thought I would give it a try. I usually mix a little creatine and water in the morning after breakfast to wash down my fish oil and vitamin D. Any problem with mixing a tablespoon of the vinegar with a little honey in the same glass? I.e. any negative interactions between the vinegar and the creatine?

Milk and vinegar? Blah. You'll be throwing up all over the place.
Do your ACV with lunch or dinner.

If you have to, make salad dressing out of it.
ACV, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.

I was wondering that too.

I'd personally go the ACV in the morning and save the creatine until pre-workout. If you're working out in the morning, I'd wait until your post workout meal, and take it with that
