Some fighters say Mike Dolce has had an unprecedented positive effect of MMA and fitness, others say it's all “Broscience”. I downloaded a copy of The Dolce Diet: 3 Weeks to Shredded as well as The Dolce Diet: Living Lean. What I found was a very down to earth, but by no means earth shattering book on how to eat and train if overall fitness is your goal. In my gym its become a bit controversial. I am considering doing a slow “cut” down to my fighting weight to see if his methods work. Have any of you had any experience with The Dolce Diet?
