I am curious how many members routinely/ occasionally film encounters with the fairer sex and if so if it is for sentimental/ review purposes or as a security measure to counter potential rape claims (seems that in the US a girl feeling remorseful about sex can ex post facto decide it was rape, "withdrawing consent" after the action).
I have met a few guys who use their laptop cams for subtle recording (computer is in room anyway, camera light is taped over) and I have bought a $10 key fob camera that produces amazing footage for its size and price, looking just like a car key.

There are some legal logistics to navigate, but I do have a camera in my room for this reason. I spoke briefly about it with a lawyer he says it's a grey area. While I can put a sign on the front door that says the premises is monitored and recorded, there is still an expectation of privacy in some places.. For instance in the bathroom. He said the bedroom is a grey area because most would say there's an expectation of privacy there. I argued that only the owner of the bedroom should have such an expectation. He said it's risky if it came to court.

So I put another sign on my bedroom door stating the same thing.

Of course, these videos would never be public. It's my anti-regret rape defense.

I am not sure about admissibility but I would rather be cleared of an imaginary rape and face "invasion of privacy" than the reverse situation.

If one were accused by a girl of rape, would the security camera footage be allowed as evidence in court even though it was obtained without the girl's permission? To me, evidence is evidence and it would be a travesty of justice for a man to be convicted because clearly exonerating evidence was excluded, but I would never expect reason and justice to actually stand for much in a courtroom these days... If it would be admissible, it seems to me a no brainer to record, legal or not, because I'm sure the penalty for recording consensual sex without consent is less than the penalty for rape or sexual assault.

I have many videos of myself banging various girls. It's all for sentimental purposes, and they are locked away in TrueCrypt drives.

I prefer to use the alarm clock hidden camera because it's natural to have it in my bedroom. I also have a hidden camera in my living room that looks like a wristwatch, in case we do it on the couch.

The logistics are sometimes difficult because the recording time is limited on these things. What I do is get a girl all worked up on my couch, then excuse myself to the bedroom for a minute so I can switch on the camera, and then go back and get her.
