craigslist phones are well overpriced, especially iphones. The only one you'll get off there for a decent price will be stolen - stolen sprint phones when reported cannot be used without replacing pieces of the main board.

Just pick one up off ebay, they seem to be selling at $250 or so.

Craigslist is better than ebay because you can get it immediately, verify whether its stolen or not, and the condition its in. Its way too easy to hide a small gouge or scratch in photos, especially the shitty photos that one usually sees on ebay.

Just be careful when meeting the person - public, well-lit places only.

I ended up just buying a new 4s and extended my contract for 100 bucks.
My company is going to buy me a phone and pay for my phone plan, so I was trying to wait it out so I could cancel my sprint plan, but guess I will have a personal Iphone 4s and a work Iphone5.
Guess it will be better that way since I don't want work to monitor anything I look at or call/text.

I know it was a stripper that stole it. It HAD to be. I've got some stripper friends(at the same club) that are keeping an eye out for it.

I turned off the internet to save battery in there so I can't even use Find My Iphone, but I have it set to where if someone tries to unlock my phone 10 times it erases everything on my phone...so hopefully my info is safe. Also if they connect to the internet all my data will be erased.
