I'm not sure what he said exactly to offend her, but that was totally uncalled for. He wasn't touching or threatening her in any way. It's not like she had to defend herself or something, in fact she was about to leave calmly when she suddenly turned around and sneak-attacked him with the spray.

Just by looking at the first frame and seeing this girl's pout and theatrics where she corrects her glasses you can see how full of herself she is.
