You can't use celebrity women of ANY race as an example of what happens to chicks when they hit the wall. You have to use the women you see around you to do that. Celebs have added incentive to work out, eat right, drink the finest water, bath in milk, etc. etc. to stay as good looking for as long as possible. However, the average NYC Puerto Rican girl that is truly culturally Puerto Rican (meaning grandma and mom still cook that traditional food - plenty of pork and chicken, rice and beans, plantanos, etc.) and she likes to get down at meal time, she'll start to balloon up at a certain point in her early 20s if she isn't incredibly active. Obviously some have the propensity to pack on the pounds quicker, but eventually it will get all of them if they aren't careful. JLo has that bottom-heavy frame, so you KNOW if she slacked off that would get sloppy in a hurry. She's done everything possible to keep the skin looking good also - you don't see lines in her face, etc. That's good diet and moisturizing, etc.
