Anyone done one or any other "mud" races?

Ive done the vancouver one, honestly you feel great having completed it, and it's an experience but what a pain in the ass it was, I'm glad I did it once but I'm good, I won't be bothering with it again. I ran into a shit load of people who do it every year but I don't get the point, I tested myself, came out the other side. There's a spartan race thats supposed to be bad ass might look into that this year.

There's a spartan race in Dallas, in May. Thinking about hittin it up

Did it back in 2011. Had a blast and met a lot of cool chicks. Won't see too many fat people on the course, because it's definitely a challenge.

My buddy did tough mudder last spring and spoke very highly of it. I'm going to go to it with him and a few other friends this year. He said there were a lot of cute girls too.

there are some cute girls but it's a total sausage party. During the race it's not like you're talking to them much if at all, all of it's done at the blow outs afterwards and theres always 10 guys to 1 girl and that's being conservative. Do it to do it, the odds of meeting a chick are against ya.
