More proof that men despise obese women, from the article:

"According to a new study from Yale University, overweight women who find themselves in front of a jury in the U.S. face longer odds at getting a fair trial than skinny or obese men, or women with lower BMIs.

Male jurors are more likely to find women guilty of a crime if they are overweight, the study said. Researchers also found that men are more likely to think the woman is a repeat offender if she is overweight.

I think we will need to call an Expert Witness to verify the hypothesis that extreme amounts of fat tend to overcome obese women's brain, in effect, causing them to commit more crimes.

While I understand the desire to make light of this I would say this is the kind of bias we should internally manage in the manosphere.

In part because it makes us an easier target to dismiss as simple bigots but mostly because it's a democratic problem if not everyone is equal in the eyes of a jury.

If you ask me the system with jury duty is not a good one to begin with.

It's not something specific to the manosphere. Studies show that people think better looking, fitter, taller people are subconsciously thought to be more reliable, trustworthy, more worthy of higher positions etc. EVEN the people who are hurt by these subconscious prejudices cannot help but subconsciously express them as well.

I imagine it would have to be a kind of neverending cycle whereby their psychotic delusion leads them to become fat, and then their fatness leads them to become even more delusional

I think this is natural because of the way everyone is innately disgusted by obesity and etc, but it's still serious discrimination that should not be happening. We shouldn't be cheering it , no matter how much we dislike fat women in other areas of life. If someone has committed a crime, what does his weight have to do with it? Unless the crime was sitting on someone and breaking his neck, of course...

This might sound fun but is actually bad because it also means that men tend to forgive beautiful women crimes that shouldn't be forgiven.

For every fatty receiving a harsher sentence because of this there are multiple women who got away by crying and making puppy eyes.

I also picture how some feminists could try to use this to argue that men are unfit to be jury members.

But obviously this can be easily refuted as female bias in favor of a more attractive man against an insecure dweeb is probably even stronger.

However this could be harder to detect because general population doesn't even know what is it that makes a man attractive.

The dumber the society becomes the dumber the jury.

its kind of if a guy who has a tatoo on his face. people who go down that road will get judged just like fat women. people are animals after all and we deduce things about other humans on a animalistic level. while i will try and not judge someone for being old, as if i am lucky that fate will come to pass to me, obesity is another story. its a obvious personal weakness, and if i am in a jury looking past that is going to be difficult.
