Not that I've considered pressing charges, but there have been several times women have hopped on my dick, raw-dog style, while I was fbar wasted (before I cut back) and trying to pass out, even while I was telling them it was a no-go due to no condum. And I'm always extremely anal about condums unless I'm already taxing her on the regular, and even then only if I'm fairly certain we're exclusive.

In some instances, I'd pushed them away as they tried to mount, only to have them keep after it and get on anyways. In a few cases, they were women who I absolutely would never bang condum-less, so it definitely irritated me.

This is largely a "lol" post, but I was just thinking about women who cry rape after drunken sex and considering the huge double standard in American society. I'm just wondering if any male has ever succeeded at pressing charges in such a scenario. I mean, what if the bitch gave me an STD! What if she got pregnant?

How can it not be considered rape?

This is one of those huge double standards that people tolerate. I know a girl like this. She's unattractive and loves to party. She has a reputation for hanging out late until guys get really tanked and she hooks up with them. If it were the other way around, it would be date rape for sure.

Kind of like when teachers are pedophiles. If it's a man boning his young female students--he'll get 30 days in the electric chair. If it's a hotty female teacher boning some adolescent boy, she gets off the hook with a slap on the wrist....

You can't rape the willing. In these cases, I think men are always seen as the willing or the aggressors. If you got an STD--too bad, so sad. If you got her pregnant, you'd have your pay garnished to pay child support. Sucks.

How come hockey players aren't brought up on assault charges for fighting in the rink? lol.

Good question and I almost went back to edit because I realized it might be confusing. usually if you're getting hot and heavy with someone and don't have a condum, she's all over your dick and most likely sucking it if she's worth anything.

In cases where I've been as drunk as mentioned in the above post, I've passed out with her still playing with my dick since she's having a hard time making me nut and we're not going to screw.

In another couple cases, I was wide awake with her straddling me (but no insertion) or she just climbed on and fully mounted before I knew she was just going for it. Sometimes once it's in you just say fuck it (a woman would still say this was non-consensual lol). In others I pulled her right back off - not hard to do since I'm obviously much stronger.

I can relate to this as I've used similar strategies to get women out of resistance, but hey now. I will painfully and regretfully admit that I have issues with whiskey dick. I don't know what it is, but I guess I am very sensitive to how my body reacts to alcohol. I know if I cross a certain threshold, usually over 4 drinks I'm pretty much guaranteed to have some issues, unless the girl is smoking hot, or there is some good foreplay.

Usually, if the girl serves up some wicked knobage, it will get me hard, but I'd say only 1/4 girls I bang straight up go hard on sucking dick. Most of them will do it, but normally I have to prod them a bit to start it off.

Add to it that for whatever reason, even after a good bit of time in the game, and a decent amount of notches, I often get a tinge of sexual anxiety when it comes to fucking a girl for the FIRST time. It's only the first time, and then after that I'm all good, but too many drinks and sexual anxiety is a recipe for disaster for me.

So add whiskey dick to the growing list of reasons why I try not to exceed 3-4 drinks on a night out. It's happened to me quite a few times as well. I'll even go as far as to say that alcohol was affecting the quality of my boners when I was sober, which is yet another reason I decided it was time to lay off the booze.

Keep in mind that when I was drinking a lot I'd go months sometimes drinking nearly every single night. When you get wasted and party your ass off as many times in your life as I have, you're bound to have your good nights and your bad nights as far as the wood goes.
