Went one time, lasted about an hour.....in my opinion it was Torture.....3 to 1 guys to girls....mixed with fat gringas and tons of gringos from every hostel in town, with a few colombiana gringo hunters in the mix....in my opinion, so many better places to go in Bogota.....where the numbers are more in your favor

RE: Gringo Tuesdays?
I went there a few times, wrote about it before on another thread: /thread-13906....o+tuesdays

It really is hit or miss, I had a couple of nights there that resembled what Tully Mars saw but then again I had one awesome night there where I had two upper class Colombianas vying for my attention. At least they have 2 for 1 Heinekens until 10pm.

God damned them all, I was told we'd cruise the seas for American gold, we'd fire no guns-shed no tears, now I'm a broken man on a Halifax pier, the last of Barrett's privateers!

Bogota is a cool city. I read somewhere that it has more museums than New York or Paris. I haven't been to Gringo Tuesdays,,,,will check it out next time. Zona T is a good place to chill for a drink or two, tonnes of things to do that wont break your bank account.

G, here you go: http://www.bogotabrilliance.co/index.php?id=47

Modern day Bogota is a beautiful and exciting city to discover. Here are just some of the surprising facts we found:

Bogota, with its massive and high quality art scene, has over 170 art galleries, boasting more galleries than New York’s 148 or Paris’ 147.

Bogota has over 140 Universities –more than double the amount that Boston has, and Boston (metro) is the city with the most universities in North America.

------------
Well, museums I will take back. My apologies.

Ok.

Museums no shot.

I think NYC has way more Galleries as well:

There looks to be 200+ on this list alone.
