My bro married some fat pregnant slut who had 2 kids already and adopted her kid( I just today found out today it wasn't his)
He went to Iraq for the war and sunk all the money he made there into the bitch.

He paid for her to take a vacation by herself to Minnesota. Found out later she was sending nude pics to a guy she met online there, believed her that nothin happened.

2.5 years in, after she's had a few affairs she nukes their marriage and he's fucked with child support for the rest of his life.

Fucking bitch is posting on Fb about him being a dead beat dad today...If I saw her.......

What would you do in his position? Keep raising the kid? Any conceivable way he can get out of child support?

Just venting really it all pisses me off.

I mean if the kids are his then they shouldn't have to suffer because their mother is a colossal bitch, he should keep raising them and make sure they don't shack up with someone like their mother. As for child support, the laws in the states are pretty much geared to fuck guys over so thats a problem. Pretty much the only way out of it would be to apply for custody which he might be able to win due to his service record and the wife's irresponsible activities (naked pics, sleeping around). Respect to your bro for putting up with this shit because if it were me I would have had her killed long ago hahaha.

The entire military wives culture is fucked. These kids are mostly all super conservative, marry way too young, and then cheat on their men/soldiers frequently. It's horrible. The answer is A) don't get married in your teens or early 20's and B) don't be a rube and risk your life for a pittance when private contractors are doing the same job as you for 5 times (or more) what you're making.

It really sucks what we've allowed to happen to our men in uniform. I hate the lip service that we civilians pay to "thankya for yer service, son" and clapping in the airport (whilst patting OURSELVES on the back - "aren't we treating these boys swell?!?!") which are ultimately just hollow, meaningless gestures. We don't look after these kids, we don't treat them right upon their return home, it's just sickening.

No answer for your brother other than that "life sucks - don't let your kids grow up to make the same mistakes that you made".

He's fucked. He adopted the child; it's his. Furthermore, with him being in the military, there is very little he can do. If he skips child support, his chain of command can dock his pay. They will take an allotment out of his check that will go straight to the child's mother. He'll never even touch it.

That's very unfortunate. I often wonder what possesses men to adopt women's children from prior relationships. There is no benefit to it whatsoever and the down side is exactly what has happened to your brother. The child's biological father can't even be held accountable financially after the child has been adopted.

That fuckin' sucks...

you cant let this get to you. your brother put himself in this position. if hes fucked thats because he a)married a pregnant (not his biologically kid) b) then adopted the bastard in some insanely beta move.

she already had two other kids and she was fat. the warning signs were all over the place but HE chose to marry and adopt a kid not biologically his. no offense but your brother sounds like a loser. he clearly has terrible tastes in women and i think if it wasnt her he would have been fucked by some other girl, although maybe not as extreme. sure he will pay child support but maybe this is the wakeup call he needed and he will change how he dates from here on out. i respect guys in uniform but they are indoctrinated with this bullshit sense of loyalty and family like they are living in the 1950´s.

Yes the adoption was a crazy move. He still could have been a father figure to the kid and let the biological dad take on the child support obligations. If none of the kids are biologically his then I see no guilt in walking, staying in the military, working for a contractor and building the skills to leave the US for a non extradition or child support treaty state.

Advise that he doesn't come back to the US if he's in arrears or he'll be stopped at the border and his passport confiscated. The systems got him now except it doesn't have the guilt of 'abandoning his kids' to keep him in line, because they are the product of someone elses jizz.

Last but not least tell him to remember that there is no bar too low, and no thought too irrational for a woman when she feels justified.

Thanks for the advice and its sick but the kids just aren't his, and she's being such a bitch about it. I feel like he is still watch in the kid as an act of supplication too. I saw her post on Fb because my brother responded to it...I was around the kid as much as him and I don't give 2 shits about not seein her again.

This is a sort of industry- low rent, lower class women who take advantage of naive young military guys. They know the military guys have a regular paycheck coming in, stable employment for at least a few years, various benefits, military enforced child support when they break up and a life insurance payout coming if they get killed. Plus, if the husband gets deployed, they have free rein to fuck around until he gets back and they do.
