I've been a reader of this forum for a while, and read a few times that VK was a good option for pipelining chicks before visiting.

Has anybody done that?
How do you create a profile? Since it's similar to Facebook, girls will see that your profile looks fake and has no activity. Plus, all your "friends" would be girls which won't help much.

Any thoughts would be helpful

I have a profile on VK and its pretty easy to talk to girls there, if your willing to either learn Russian or use a translator otherwise it could be tough seeing as not many girls speak English.

I just add girls randomly sometimes they accept sometimes they don't I'd say its about 50-50, my profile is nothing special I just have a few shitty pics up and that's it. Girls occasionally ask why I only have girls (but not often at all) then I usually say because I am looking for a girlfriend or something like that.

Depends I guess.. there are a lot of turks & arabs for that matter on VK that ruin game for foreigners, as always.
So if someone who's not russian/ex-ussr signed up on there , it is quite obvious to most girls there why you signed up.
Just my take on this.

That's not the biggest issue.It is considered rude by a lot of FSU people to request unwanted friendship. VK is mostly used to keep in touch with friends. If you look most girls have lots of followers. That is people who requested be added as friends. The list will include mostly Russian guys and even other women. Its a numbers game but it is waste of time. You get added 10% of the time maybe by the girls who add everyone. They most likely will not talk to you. Forget the fact that foreign status means very little, they do not like adding Russian guys also.

Got to disagree with it being ''pointless'' 10% is very low, so if that's your acceptance rate then you are probably adding the girls with 1000s of followers, my rate is more like 50% If I send out 50 requests by the next day 20-25 would of accepted. I don't add girls with more than a 100 or so followers though.
