It appears that it's no longer a good idea to wait similar time before replying to girls on Tinder. They often take hours to respond.
Do you recommend instant replies?

I just realized that when I open up the app and begin to swipe, the girls that first show up are those who were most recently active on Tinder (i.e., "Active 1 hour ago"). As I continue to swipe, the girls's profiles increase from "Active 2 hours ago" to "Active 3 hours ago", etc. This means that if you want to show up early in a girl's results, you will have to have logged in recently. Therefore, there might be benefits to opening up the app on a more regular basis and at least doing a few swipes.

This might have been noted elsewhere but just wanted to pass along.

Matched earlier in the week, then this morning....

Me: Cocktails tonight, you in?
Her: Sounds good. Where?
Me: X around 10
Her: Ok see you then. I'll be there with my husband. You can buy me a drink and see what happens.
Me: You're married?
Her: Yeah, but its ok, he likes to watch

WTF?

2nd Edit : Goodness me, the drop in quality in my area compared to last year is really incredible, mosts girls are also older than me, i'm deleting the app now.

So I'm visiting LA for the first time and I'm trying to meet lizards from tinder here. Do you think it makes sense to just ask them to suggest a place since I don't know any local watering holes?

Also, any of you guys have much success transitioning to Whatsapp instead of texting? I can't while I'm travelling not sure if I should move the convo to that like I normally would or just try to set up the date on Tinder.

I think it is less work overall to use a flake reduction strategy than to generate double the leads.

This market moves fast and your competitors are willing to pay top dollar for used goods, plus accelerating the schedule can make the girls feel like you have a special connection.

I'm using the quick approach now. No bullshit chat. Just in straight in to the proposal and arrangement to meet in the opener.

eg: "Hi tinder lizard, you seem like a fun person, lets cause some trouble together."

So far it elicits a positive response, then I ask when they are free or suggest a day that is not too far away.

I'm going to keep using it as it makes the most of my time, and screens out the women who are collecting matches for validation.

Whenever the subject of how many tinder dates comes up (and it does), this is my go to response:

me: "I just signed up onto Tinder not too long ago" (truth)

Her: "oh so am I your first tinder date?"

me:

me: "oh you're so cute" then proceed to pull her in for a hug/kino and move onto another subject.

If anyone deletes the app with a + subscription and start over, can you renew the subscription without paying again? I just took a bunch of new photos and would like to start over. This is more of an experiment for me. With plus your swipes are unlimited. If I can't do well even then, it must not be for me.

Yes, you pay Tinder from your iTunes account, not from the Tinder app.

This app goes so perfectly with travelling. If you wanna do some sight-seeing or touristy shit, you've got a great date lined up already. Just match up with some local broad and boom, instant tour guide. Just had a date with a cute little Mexican chick, went to Venice beach and she brought some weed to chill and get high by the ocean. Went back to her place after and got the notch +1

Don't know if this has been posted before but the opener that I've used that's gotten the best response rate I got from the bodybuilding thread. Hopefully we don't run it out of use: "So tinder says we would make beautiful children but I feel like we should meet up for a drink before we start working on the future models of America."

I've put this in my profile to weed out the women not DTF: "Tinder is a hookup app first, then a dating app. Don't forget it ladies;-)" Matches haven't changed but I have been getting "unmatches" since they've read my new caption. Tinder was becoming my main source of dating and that in itself is why I put this caption in. I am going to spend more time in the streets to meet women and Tinder would hopefully turn into some nice hookups here and there.

I have a variant of that which is a lot more subtle and may work for you on this angle you wanna take.

Don't swipe right if your just looking for a hook up/sex.

They're easy to spot, since in my experience they never address what I say in my opener.

My matches have gone up since improving my pictures. Only thing is I have to work on my text-game to keep the around a bit lol.
