Hi there

I need help, and my ex needs help.
What happened is that we were in a relationship, everything was going great, really excellent, we both really enjoyed our time together, but she suddenly started thinking about a girl (as in, a lesbian girl), and started getting confused about her sexuality. However, I'm sure she is not, just as many other have gotten confused about that, and eventually get over it, I put my money in that it is a phase, and she will grow out of it, but I still feel that I must help her in some way.
I don't want her to become something she is not, and losing her along the way, this probably sounds selfish and clingy, and it probably is, but I understand that if things don't work out my life will continue and that I'll be fine eventually.

But this messed me up big time. I feel as a loser, because well, she dumped me for a girl, and it's not that she doesn't want me too (I have evidence), but that she got things so messed up in her head...

I don't know, I feel compelled to help her, but at the same time I think I should just let her hurt herself and separate from her.

Yes, you sound clingy, desperate and pathetic. Some women just do shit like that, and trust me, they aren't the ones you want to spend your time with being in LTR.

If you fell in love with her it is normal that you want her back and that you think about doing some beta shit, but it's not the solution. Move on and break any contact, you don't owe her anything if she did this to you. I've seen "confused girls in [insert some ridiculous shit] phase" and they aren't serious gf material, and no way in hell a wife material.

If a girl dumps you, no matter the excuse, don't go running to her to try help her sort whatever supposed shit she has going on. One, it'll affect your frame and two, she's most likely lying to you about the reason for breaking up with you.

Forget her and stop talking to her. I know it's hard, but she'll be more likely to return if you just let her get on with it and show you're not arsed.

It's already over. Never believe excuses. She wants someone else's dick. You are extremely naive to even consider she is telling the truth. She doesn't even know what it is.

No lads he is not a troll and this kind of thing happens countless times each and every day. It is generally not a good idea to stay in contact with an ex especially after she has done the dumping. You are not a loser, but you are by keeping in contact with her and trying to 'help' her out. She did you no favours whatsoever by kicking you to the curb so why should you return any compliments. Erase her from your life and move on. I was with an ex for nearly 3 years. In the end I got dumped but I found out from a friend of hers whom I met two years later that she got shacked up with a lesbo about a year after she finished with me. Christ Almighty I have to say I was shocked when I found that out. She has tried to contact me via sms and email but I have ignored all contacts. So the moral of the story is, tell her to fuck off.

Forget her and move on. Dont try to get her back and dont contact her or respond if she contacts you. If you see her in the street say hi and keep on walking. The best thing you can do now is sharpen your game technique and snag another better looking girl who treats you better. Once your ex sees you happy while a better looking girl is in your arms, that will be your revenge to her.
