Well, I think it used to be that single moms would at least try to get a boyfriend to play step dad and have some kind of father figure around. Now, every young single mom is "independent" and doesn't want to be tied down. She would rather get dicked down by different guys than look for thatt.

The chickens will come home to roost. In the past why where single mother households so poverty stricken? Because the mom has to take care of a kid (not producing anything of value) and provide a service to society, but without the skills of a man. So, a lower income than a man AND raising a dependent.
With more and more households SINGLE MOM households their will be a creation of a massive underclass and although the quality of people's lives will be worse, girls in America will get their sex lives subsidized and encouraged to make poor decisions. A lot of women will wise up when they see the few families they know living much better.

Women take about 25% of your pay as child support. Once they get used to living that Welfare Queen lifestyle it's hard to quit. They start talking with other Welfare Queens and get in deeper. Having a second kid from the same guy nets her a small marginal gain. But getting knocked up by a different guy nets her a second 25%. Now life is magically better. Next thing you know she's the community baby factory and living better than you are.

Never thought about that.

I'm sure money received via child support isn't taxed either.

So with a net income of zero such a woman would probably be entitled to housing and food assistance, possibly a welfare check too.
