The cuisine in Serbia is heavily influenced by Turkish (and by that extent, Persian) cuisine, but with more pork obviously. In general, it is spicy and strong.

serbian dishes have its roots from greece and turkey include a lot of meat and spices. that's the way we like it in turkey. i totally enjoyed pljeskavica, cevapcici or pita with meat each day.

Serbians have lost most of their land / country in the last 20 years.

It sucks for them to have their national pride cut down so much,
so the nationalism is now much less of a problem,
compared to what it used to be.

The serbian girls like foreigners and they often prefer foreigners,

I am regular visitor of Serbia because of business,
As a foreigner, if you stay more than 2 weeks and have some local contacts or friends, as well as decent budget, you will be the KING.
Serbian girls are shy but not so much conservative as some members mentioned on the forum. If I were Roosh, i would have prefered Serbia instead of Omsk for adventure.

An update to your question: Yes Belgrade has plenty of nightlife in winter even during the week. Is Belgrade as fun in the winter? For me, no. In the summer there is much more in terms of visual stimulation. That being said, Belgrade sill has some of the hottest women in the world. Only Kiev and Riga are comparable.
