I think the true irony behind Gail Dines, and many other feminists who are "anti-porn" is that she fails to see the correlation behind feminism's push for female independence and mans increased need to release in other ways... such as porn.

Feminist's rallied for independence, which lead to a deterioration of the marriage system which in turn left many men without sexual outlet since a good job will no longer get them laid. So, porn serves as a sexual release mechanism and in turn has become a bigger and bigger industry the more marriage decreases.

Feminists are going against something they inadvertently made, and then complain about it.

What a surprise.

Speaking of feminists, I seem to have the title 'Male Feminist', as do you. How do we get rid of this label? Is it associated with post count?

In the past I used to consider myself a feminist until exploring what feminism ACTUALLY was. Now that I understand it is not actually egalitarian and is actually female surpremism, I'd rather be known as a male egalitarian.

Even if it were true that feminists led to easier supply of sex (and that is debatable as well), they would still be guilty of dramatically reducing the quality of women available for the said sex. So however I turn it, feminism does nothing for me. I accept some basic tenets of it because it's a civilized thing to do (example: "men and women should be paid the same for equal work", "no one deserves to be raped"), but even those parts have been so horribly mangled by feminism into female supremacy efforts that there is literally no part of feminism that I can agree with nowadays.

IQVX, what's your problem with that guy? His statement is completely correct, and the username could be a coincidence. Even if it weren't, as long as nothing is mentioned that violates forum rules (no discussion about gaming/sex with girls under 18) I don't see the problem. This seems like a bit too much of a vigilante action...

Maybe let this one play out for a while in case it is a coincidence, but if he is who this suggests he is, I think he'll be banned pretty quickly.
