I have no former knowledge of the topic, but I browsed Koanic Soul's blog which has some interesting ideas. right or wrong it's still fascinating to read into. I've always been someone who gets a feel of people through their faces, and since reading the blog I've been paying special attention to people with thal brows.

if you and I each have two parents, four grandparents, eight great grand parents and so on and so forth then by the time we get to 1200 AD we, as all humans on the planet will have more ancestors than has been alive at that time. If we go back five more generations then without a trace of doubt I can say that you and I have at least a hundred common ancestors and I dont even know if you're white or black
