I can't write anything in this threat:

when I try to write something this message appears:

"lease correct the following errors before continuing:
•The subject is too long. Please enter a subject shorter than 85 characters (currently 86)."

why does it happen?

if you could upload the threat I would be grateful because I have to chose a good destination for my Erasmus year.

The subject of your reply is too long, it needs to be shorter than 85 characters..

the problem is that does't matter what I write,writing less than 85 characters the problem will continue
