Well..she is quite attractive. If he was single during his University of Michigan days..well..the women there are 4's and 5's that act like they're 9's so it's not as if the athletes are getting good tail left & right there like say Arizona State or University of Texas.

The other route would be of another UM great Tom Brady who stayed single and then overcompensated by slaying various chicks & celebrities in the NFL.

I was reading that article on Yahoo Sports earlier. He's had her on lock since they were 14 years old, it's not beta. He probably bangs other chicks anyways when he's on the road. Lets keep in mind that while Henne was a stud in college at Michigan, he's an average NFL QB at best. No, this just isn't how it works. I'm going to go on for a bit now because I feel that there is an important point to be made here.

Firstly, you vastly underestimate the status afforded a professional athlete. This status is absolutely not limited to all-pro caliber athletes, not by a long shot. The 2nd stringer or mediocre starter may not have the status Tom Brady has, but he has more than enough to pull a very physically elite (supermodel, beauty queen, actress, etc) woman, including most of the "top level whores" you're thinking of. It happens all the time, seen it personally.

Secondly, you fail to account for the ratio. There are not enough "top level" ballers to occupy all of the models/actresses/super hot women that want to be with them.

Finally (and most importantly), you also vastly overestimate the ability of women to distinguish status among pro athletes and correctly identify the "top level guys" you mention on a reliable basis. If you think that your typical supermodel can distinguish the playing ability of Mark Sanchez (rock-bottom NFL starter) from that of Drew Brees (elite all-pro), you're giving them way too much credit.

Chad Henne is an average NFL QB (solid backup, mediocre starter). The only folks who are really aware of this are football fans who actually take the time to follow and analyze league play and the stats that are accumulated, and there are precious few women (hot or not) among them.

Your typical "top level" chick does not do any of this. All she needs to hear is "NFL QB", and that is status enough right there. She will not be weighing the merits of his low completion percentage/qb rating/yards-per-attempt as she decides to pursue him. She is a woman, not a coach or a scout.

Matt Nordgren provides the perfect illustration of all of this:

2. Matt Nordgren never had a realistic shot at the NFL. He got a look simply because he went to a big program and looked the part (big frame, strong arm, decent athleticism). The Eagles gave him a rookie contract that basically amounted to a tryout, and he didn't even make it to training camp. He was a camp arm at best.

This guy has been running around the reality-tv/celebrity circuit and banging some of the highest caliber women in his state and in hollywood for some time now. This is despite the fact that Matt Nordgren was never elite beyond the high school level-he was totally mediocre in college and never even had a pro career.

Do you think these women care? No. They see "Texas Longhorn QB", and "Philadelphia Eagles", and then they examine his appearance. Details are not necessary-they'll make shit up if they have to in order to fit the image they've created in their head of him so long as it looks nice and makes them feel good. They won't be knowledgeable enough to get a clear picture anyway (ex: "was a backup QB on national title team" becomes "led team to national title"-chicks are none the wiser).

The reason I bothered to dive into this was because it exemplifies a classic mistake men make in evaluating female attraction cues-thinking like a dude.
Our strictly logical minds conclude that we have to hit certain rigid checklists in order to "qualify" for certain kinds of women. This fails because:

1. Chicks don't have the knowledge base we do to make these kinds of comparisons, even if they wanted to.

2. Girls rely heavily on their emotions and feelings when evaluating a potential mate. A guy who merely appears to hit every checklist in her dreams can be just as appealing as a guy who objectively does, so long as he can sell her the dream.

He says: "I was a QB at the University of Texas, and I played for the Eagles".

She thinks: "Wow, I see Texas on TV! My dad's a fan! That team is really good. And the QB is kind of the leader of a team. This guy must have led them to all those wins and that championship I heard about that one year! The Eagles are in the NFL, so he must have been the best! Plus, he's good looking! What a catch!"

Reality: Barely played in college, eternal backup, not a team leader, never really played (or even went to training camp) with the Eagles.

Does she care? No. She's already developed an image ("the dream") in her head of his accomplishments based on her limited knowledge of his status indicators. She's already looking up to him, he is already pre-selected.

The knowledge she has is enough to get her imagination going and make her feel good, and enough to make her look good in front of her peer group (who don't know anymore than she does). All he has to do is run standard fuck-up-avoidance game and he's set.

If it feels and looks good, it is right. Details aren't necessary-nobody cares that he wasn't "top level". All he needed to do was sell the dream. Just because it doesn't look like a good deal to you (an objective male) does not mean that girls will not buy it. They're females, not men, which means that feelings are just as important as facts, if not more so.

You know the answer already. Fucking pajama onesies. Also there's the all too common pose of her looking into the camera and him looking at her.

That said, no matter how whipped Henne is now, if he woke up tomorrow and decided to to toss aside his wife and just crush ass, there's nothing stopping him from getting on a truly inhuman pace that would cause pangs of envy in even the most seasoned player without much effort on his part. At least for as long as he's in the NFL.

Some legit points. However it's important to note that when a "star" player like Tom Brady or Drew Brees are on the road, they're much more recognizable based on endorsements and media exposure attributed to their NFL superstar status. If Chad Henne delivered me a pizza tomorrow, I wouldn't know it was Chad Henne. Not many people, especially casual Football fans, would be able to pick Henne out of a crowd. I know I couldn't. Other guys transcend the game. Brady has more options on the road than Henne does.

No doubt women hear NFL player and get moist. I just think a certain few that transcend the game itself have it a bit easier than a backup. Chad Henne can go back to UM and fuck all the broads he wants, because they know who he is. But most everyone else doesn't. If Henne walks into a coffee shop in Chicago people won't recognize him as an NFL QB, hot chick or otherwise. People will recognize Brady or Brees for various reasons.

Even though Chad Henne hasn't amounted to much of a starting QB in the league he was still a star at a huge football school and is now a pro athlete. He's making 1 mil per season...hell the minimum rookie salary in the NFL is $300k! So we're talking a 6'3" athletic millionaire in Florida who even as a backup in Jacksonville and a temporary starter in Miami has more fame than a majority of the population.

Look at just the picture and take nothing else into account. If this pic was of an ordinary, everyday couple then yes I would deem the guy as a little bit beta and the girl as an attractive attention whore. Add to that the Christmas jammies and subtract 1 point for the guy and add 1 point for the girl. Now take into consideration who and what he is. Chad Henne- professional football player and QB. Like Athlone and other members have stated- nothing else is necessary. Even if he was a beta that status alone would grant him some immunity from a woman's negative judgement should he make some mistakes here and there. He can afford to let dumb photos like this one go viral because in the end he will still have plenty of women lusting after him and even score some brownie points with the media (and other women) for being a "family" man.

Granted, stars are the ones that get the best shot at top celebrity chicks, but if you're simply on someone's roster for a while, you still get a shot at lower-level celebs, or non-celebs of high quality. Either way, you can still get in the room with the top-level chicks and can score. Take for instance someone like Jesse Palmer, who is an college football analyst on ESPN. He played QB at the U. of Florida, a top school for both football AND honeys. He was a 4th round draft pick for the NY Giants, and may have only started one game in his 4 year career as a backup QB. He played a year in Canada after getting released from the NFL (he's Canadian by birth - his dad played in the CFL, and his mom is a former model. Good genetics!). He was actually on "The Bachelor" also, which helped his cred. He's traditionally square-jawed handsome. He wasn't a star by any means, but he used his time as a pro athlete in a major media market to parlay that into some prime pussy I'm sure. He even guest starred on an episode of "Law & Order SVU."

NBA non-stars do well because there are only 12 guys in uniform, with 3 reserves behind the bench. You're seen on tv in uniform more than football reserves, because there are so many more of them, and you're wearing a helmet a lot of the time. For pretty much all pro athletes, you have access to a certain level of people even if you aren't a star. You get invited to all kinds of things, sometimes riding the coat tails of your star teammates. QBs are the glamor players in the NFL, so once you become a starter, your Q rating goes up immediately. Think of how different Tom Brady's life would be if he never became a starter, and subsequently a Super Bowl champ and one of the faces of the league? Probably no Bridget Moynihan, DEFINITELY no Gisele Bundchen, no magazine covers, endorsements, etc., etc., etc. And a lot of times they don't really have to spit game. A celeb chick will have her people get word to him and make sure he gets her number. The shit is set up for him, and she'll come to wherever he is to meet him.

To a chick, fame is fame. You can be famous for having a viral Youtube video or be famous just for being famous (ie. Tucker Max) and that is enough for you to get all the pooty that you could ever want. It's only guys that quibble over the details of a guy's fame such as what his game stats are, how good of a guitar player he really is, what was his best movie performance and the like. A guy on a football team at some bottom of the barrel college will still get to slay girls from his college by virtue of him being on the football team regardless of his performance on the field.
