It's definitely a shitty situation, and I feel for you man.

In relationships, they say the one who cares the least holds the power in the relationship. Just chill out, keep hitting the gym, go out, meet some cool chicks, and don't reply with more than a couple words, or a 'lol', if you even choose to reply at all.

The best revenge is to make her realize what she missed out on.

Also consider staying single for an extended period of time- by which I mean no strong commitments to women. From what I understand, you've been in 2 LTR's in the space of one year, maybe it's time to just enjoy the single life for a while.

These kind of experiences hurt, but I hope you will learn from them, and learn to avoid them.

Just writing the email allowed you some cathartic release. There's no need to send it. Sending it would have the total opposite effect of what you're looking for.

It wouldn't knock her down a peg, but it would make you look like a total fucking chump, because if this girl is really so bad as you say, you're even worse: because not only were you dating her and doing a bunch of shit for her, you're going to the trouble of writing her this epic, spiteful email because she's so deep in your head. It's a massive case of oneitis.

Women do not respond to a dressing-down like men do. Giving a woman negative attention means nothing to her, because you're still giving her attention, so she knows she has some power over you.

The worst thing you can do to a woman is NOT to carefully point out all of her flaws and tell her how terrible she is.

The worst thing you can do to a woman is ignore her in favor of other women.

Knowing there are plenty of other options and flirting plenty will paradoxically strengthen an exclusive relationship. She'll love you for it and you'll feel better about yourself.

3. Gain experience and a better understanding of women. Learning to recognise quality women takes time. It only comes with experience. You can read the all Heartiste posts since 2007 yet not really get it. You're intelligent so you understand it on an intellectual level but internalising it on an emotional level takes a long time. Deep understanding takes experience and you can't fast-track this. You can read posts like "Twenty slut tells" all day but without intimately knowing a lot of women you're fumbling in the dark. Realise that you'll make mistakes and look at them as learning experiences.

You mentioned that you repeated the same pattern twice. Why? Why do you fall hard for a girl when you get into a relationship? Is it a more natural state for you? DO you really feel you're better than her deep down in your bones? If not, why not? You see all her flaws, but have trouble convincing yourself she's unworthy of emotional investment. Why?

I don't have any answers, but worth thinking about.

The real goal here is not to figure out the best way to crush this girl emotionally. The goal is to get yourself happy and confident again ASAP.

Here's how you do it:
-Attracting a new girl(s) and banging her/them
-Pursuing your hobbies and personal goals

Please don't send that letter bro. I've been there; the negativity does nothing but bring on more negativity and female-hate. Even if you do crush her; you won't feel any better, and you will probably feel worse. Just focus on doing yourself and being happy.

Maybe this is an extreme example, but look at the Jovan Belcher story. He went a little farther than sending a nasty email, wouldn't you say? Obviously that didn't make him feel any better. It sounds like you got a good heart, and purposely hurting others makes good people feel really shitty. Cut her off 100% and work to improve yourself daily. I've sent a really mean text once, after a girl blew herself out by sending a nasty little message because I wouldn't agree to have dinner with her parents.

These things are NEVER any good. You THINK that it's going to hurt her, but it's not. She has an army of friends, sisters, and white knights there to tell her that YOU are full of shit, and that she is actually the complete opposite of everything you said.

There is also only a slim chance that she will read the thing more than once, other than to hand it to her friends and say "look what this asshole said to me" and ZERO chance that she will actually read it to see what you said and whether it might be true. The ONLY reason she will read it again is to purposefully enrage herself as a reminder of what an asshole you are.

And worst of all, if you think that her learning the "truth" will somehow help her in anyway improve her life. It won't. The complete opposite will happen. She'll become MORE delusional after a big shot drinking "you bashing" girls night out where she will fuck some guy, and start the whole damn thing over with him. Only this time she'll be even more insane because of what you did.

If you ever meet a girl who has completely lost touch with the reality of her appearance or life worth, there's probably a line of men ten long behind you that have been busy dropping "truth bombs" on her, pushing her further away from reality instead of pulling her back into it as they intended.

The ONLY way to deal with her shit is to cut communication. Soft or hard next, as applicable.

I'm usually not one for calling someone out, but I have a REALLY hard time believing a guy with 150+ notches would react this way and develop one-itis this extreme. I don't even have half that many notches, but to me that letter you wrote reads like some high school broken hearted AFC.

Believe it or not getting 150+ notches has not been extremely difficult for me. I've been blessed with good looks and natural charm and charisma. That being said, I'm not the best with relationships for some reason.

I did NOT send the email and have decided NOT to send it. You guys are right, it's better to ignore her.

As for her friends there's one of them I'm almost certain I can nail. The other 'best' friend will require some logistics and alcohol but I will put in the work and report back. Latin bitches are NOTORIOUS for fucking their 'best' friends bf or ex bf. One of my latin gf's in college decided to act like a cunt so I promptly fucked her best friend in the other room while my gf was passed out. Do not be surprised. Many guys have huge success due to great height and looks, or perhaps temporary status, and even rudimentary game, but never develop the abundance mentality and impervious internal game because they've never had to. It's surprisingly frequent. I call it "Beta in Alpha's clothing syndrome". For example, I've seen a super-alpha guy (rich, tall model, lots of notches) send mails to my current GF in which he either tries to insult her or begs her to come back to him and offers marriage.

Edit: the OP confirms this as well. Also, apologies to OP as I don't mean to bash him with my post, but just make a general observation.
