Why? Girls dont go around telling guys youre hot, if a girl does, its because she has been checking you out for quite some time and has already made the decision to fuck you that night.
From my experience i can say that overgaming is really easy, i dont think getting witty is going to make her want you even more than she alredy does. I would simply say thanks whats your name? try to make her feel comfortable and lead to sex as fast as possible. (I dont think girls would go further than that Anon-A-Moose)
It has happenned to me but it was from girls i didnt want to fuck. In this case ignore/pretend you didnt hear, nothing good will come out of it.
Also a good looking lizard has never told me im hot, most i have gotten was her friends coming up to me and telling me she wants to meet me

its not all that different than a direct opener you would use on a girl. Have you ever said to a girl, "You're adorable and I wanted to meet you" and then the girl replied, "Yay! You noticed!!!!!" Nah, 95% of the time they'll reply with either a flattered laugh or just smile & go "thanks." If a girl is already interested, a C&F response is a bit arrogant I think. Better to be normal & cool.
