I've been digging into the "man as creature" versus "man as soul" for a solid 2 years now (I titled my research "Paleogamy"), and I am seeing more and more blame laid down at the feet of hormonal imbalance and false hormone expression in terms of why society is failing itself, and why so many individuals regret their lives.

I'm glad I'm a man -- testosterone is awesome. But when women produce too much of it, they end up feeling pretty crappy about their lives. The same is true for men who don't produce enough of it.
