Finding isolated expats in non-Western Cities
I was at a concert about a week ago in Moscow and came across a Japanese girl there who was there alone, pretty friendly, but very shy. I also find the sister of my maid (from the Philippines) quite attractive, and have seen many attractive central asian and Armenian women out and about. However, I have no idea how to meet these foreign women.

When you go to a foreign country, it's usually to meet the local girls. But, I think immigrant girls may be even a better catch - they're socially isolated, outside of their home country (less worried about reputation), and likely insecure. So, how to meet them? It seems like they generally can't afford to hit many of the nightspots or are too intimidated.

I specify non-Anglo countries because I think non-Western countries are more difficult for immigrants to integrate into and they are likely much more isolated and therefore probably harder to meet, but consequently, there's less competition for them.

Some examples:

Burmese/nepali girls in Thailand
Central Asians and Armenians in Russia
Philippines in Singapore/Hong Kong or Dubai or Israel (near the Tel Aviv bus station)
Central Americans in Mexico or Costa Rica
Romanians in Spain
Africans in Dubai
Southeast Asians in Japan
Haitian girls in DR

Any other thoughts? These populations often tend to keep their head down and not have enough money to spend on going out and whatnot. So, where's the best place to meet them? The only thing I can think of is that they tend to concentrate in retail, so hitting up their stores would be an option but this may not be a good long term solution. Also many of them go into prostitution so obviously one would have to keep that in mind.

Yup I love these "markets" lol. Btw, their affluence depends on the city. In Bangkok there's Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, Mongolian, Philippines. Mostly working for Asian firms with a presence here, or studying. The exception is the Philippinos who are in service jobs or teaching english.

The "light" asian expats will often be relatively well off here. Here you find them at the usual middle-class clubs, most of them have good jobs or some cash to spend since they're working for international companies, or exchange students (presumably with parents rich enough to send em abroad to study)

Also plenty Europeans, Americans, Canadians in all sorts of positions. Some exchange students, some English teachers, etc. And even poor westerners have enough cash to party here Smile

Cambodia, Phnom Penh apparently gets a signif. amount of French and other Europeans with local biz's (restaurants, bars, events) or working for NGOs. Seems like quite a bizarre scene I'd like to check out.

Coushsurfing.org and dating sites - I often see girls on dateinasia, for instance, who are living in a European country but still using that site.

I've found European cities can be excellent places to meet young attractive tourists from China, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan, as you'll find many young women from East Asia studying abroad for a year or two in Europe, and these girls tend to travel like mad. If they're studying in Switzerland or Austria they'll often go on daytrips to cities like Prague, Brussels, Rome, Lisabon etc. Often they're alone and have few hangups about meeting strangers. Go to any major European city and they won't be hard to find.

That's what happened to me on my visit to Prague. Instead of a Czech flag, I ended up sleeping with a Chinese tourists studying in the UK.

It seems any spot crawling with international students is the place to go. This is how I captured my Kazakh flag from a foreign student in China.

Disclamer: I am not the Sargon of Akkad from Youtube and I have no relation whatsoever to that person...also, I don't give a shit about videogames.
