Okay, both sides of the fat issue generally annoy (the fat side because it's disgusting, the anti-fat because it's necessary), but "Ass, get down from there" almost had me doing a spit take. That was awesome.

I was thinking of taking the anti-fat acceptance angle to drive up blog hits but I'd hate for my identity to be compromised. It would be a good time though.

You could increase the overall anti-fat tone. Because your blog is fitness based you can play it off more easily than others can.
