There are many post on this topic but I feel it needs to be posted up ever so often because it's that important. Getting girls are all about two things: motivation and skill. Game, the information on here, can give you the skills. What it cannot do is give you the motivation to put in the work. And as long as you are jacking off on a regular basis you won't find the motivation to put in the work and close the deal. Now I know it's not easy to stop if you having been doing it a long time but her are two tips.

1. Reduce it to about once or twice a week. And then only do it one time! Don't jerk off multiple times in a day.

2. Sometimes it can help to jerk it a bit as long as you don't blow a load. For some it may make it harder for others it may help.

The other thing to use is distraction. If you are busy doing shit all the time you won't be thinking so much about jacking off. So try to keep busy. And oh, stop watching porn and start fantasizing about girls you know that you want to fuck.

You can have the best game in town but without the motivation it means nothing and there is no greater motivation killer than jacking off.

PS Actually, it pretty much takes away all of your motivation to get anything done. And it also a major problem with younger guys. I met this young guy (20) that let me fuck his girlfriend because he just didn't care. Right in front of him she would constantly accuse him of preferring to watch porn rather than doing her and he never denied it.

This is becoming such a big problem that I wanted you to see the girl he preferred watching porn instead of banging!

This type of thread is becoming tiresome, or is it just me? And I say that as a proponent of completely eliminating porn from your life and reducing masturbation.

Maybe I'm just biased. We never get tired of threads about approaches of friend zones, so we shouldn't get tired of this topic either.

It may not be a problem for you Handsome but I am sure it's still a problem for a lot of people, including me. Knowledge and the application of knowledge are two different things. Everyone knows smoking is bad for your health, we have known this for decades, yet millions are spent every year to remind of this and a lot of other stuff. We learn from repetition.
