I came up with an idea for a souvenir coffee mug that I think would be pretty popular. It's not really geographic based, so I figure that selling it direct to the consumer online is the best way to go, rather than trying to wholesale them to gift shops or something like that.

I found some companies advertising on alibaba that they will make the style of mugs I want with a custom design for what seems to be cheap. But now I'm wondering, how do I actually go about getting them to the consumer? Do I take orders, then have the chinese company send me 10,000 of them and then package them individually/ship them myself? That seems like it would eat up a lot of my profit. But it also seems like drop shipping them one at a time from China isn't feasible either.

I know I'm being vague but I don't want the idea stolen. Any thoughts or ideas?
