okay so here's the deal. I've had this problem for awhile...when I'm at the bar, I can't piss. I can do all sorts of other stuff. I can approach a set I know without a doubt is going to blow me out in the harshest way possible with no fear and have a good laugh about it after. I go out solo every weekend without a shred of fear of anything, whether its getting in a fight, getting made fun of and laughed at, or striking out over a dozen times in a row, which happens fairly often. I can fuck like a pornstar; I'm confident that if I was penetrating a girl in front of a live audience, I would just do it that much harder and like it.

so why the fuck is it that I can't carry out the simplest physiological function with my penis?

I'm sick of having to go back to my house just to take a piss. tonight it cost me, at the very least, getting a free smoke-out from a beta orbiter. not to mention ending an interaction with a set TEN MINUTES from closing time. if I had stuck it out, I might have at least got something. I've gotten over my fear of rejection, approach anxiety, sexual performance, and lots of other things...so why is this still a problem for me? how can I fix it?

Weird post. Maybe your dick knows whats lurking on the surface of those bar urinals and therefore refuses to perform.

I dont know why its a problem but you can fix it the way anyone fixes these things.

A sort of exposure therapy / hard work fix.

When you have to pee next night out, go stand in the bar bathroom and stand ther euntil you pee. Eventually you'll pee - your body will force it after a while because you have to.

Its like learning to sleep in a different way - eventually you'll fall asleep how you're trying to because your body needs sleep.

You adjust to a new diet because your body needs food.

Just go stand at the urinal until you pee - because eventually you'll have to.

Also, not being able to pee is beta.

Drinking gin instead of beer will help; Gin is a diuretic, thanks to the Juniper berries. People having been medicinally drinking Gin for its diuretic properties since the 1600s.

Don't use the urinal,sit down on a toilet. The privacy helps you piss easier.

Yeah I think this is a suspicious thread but...

When you enter the bathroom kinda start forcing it out as you move over to the urinal. By the time you've whipped out your junk, you should be ready to go despite the added exposure.

In general, just... er... practice at it.

hypnotherapy can take a stab at that. it's a behavioral modification. I should know. Went through a year of HT school
