I am currently studying at a University in the Northeast of USA. There are alot of women from that country studying from that school. What is the best way of going about attracting these women. I definitely thought these women would be throwing themselves at me. I am black, 6ft, dress stylish and have good talk game as well as knowledge about Norwegian culture. If anyone could give me good info and advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

Why would you assume ANY woman would throw themselves at you?
Yes Norwegian girls are pretty liberal and can be an easy but you still have to show interest and do the work.

These females seem a bit off. I do okay with swedish women. I didn't think it would be a difference. I thought they like black men for sure, so it would be easy for me. Some of these women just seem like they want nothing to do with me :/

Kind of ironic I ran across this thread. I think I have a feeling of which town you might be in, but I'll keep that to myself because hey, I could be wrong. lol.

In any event, no matter where you go or what types of girls you encounter, definitely some degree of work has to be put in. Not sure if you're attending that school by chance or because of what you've heard about the girls in that region. I admit, I myself am thinking of relocating next year to areas in that same "category". But it doesn't mean the moment the plane lands, the very first or second girl I walk past is going to give me eye contact to come talk to her. It means new location, fresh start, put myself out there more, and keep trying.
