This woman believes that men should be required to see a sex therapist before getting viagra.

Not only that, she believes that men should be required to get a "note from partner" before being allowed to take Viagra.

Is this serious? Men now have to get permission slips from their girlfriends before being allowed to have sex...

She doesn't believe that. She isn't serious. She is using her bill to draw attention to the bill which would make it illegal for women to get an abortion if the fetus has a heartbeat.

Yep. I see that now. I was so enraged after reading the description I tuned out most of the video the first time.
