I'm sure the men's rights crowd would loooove this stuff.

But this sort of 'rape awareness for men' would be terrible for men.

Men, including the men here, are very much guilty of similar 'offenses.' If you managed to convince these things are rape, then the number of women filing rape accusations would surge as well. Even that aside, would you want women to be cagey about fucking you because THEY are worried about rape accusations? The narrower your definition of rape, the more responsibility individuals will have to keep themselves out of situations they don't like. Short of being drugged, kidnapped or assault-like violence, I'd be wary of taking on an expansive definition of rape.
