Women do what their emotions tell them do.

Their emotions can vary wildly, which is why they'll do something and they'll regret it etc.

Getting angry at women is like getting angry at the rain. Its pointless, a waste of time, and counterproductive. I know how you feel, younger women(especially in the West) are stupid as shit but you gotta be zen about it.

To further contextualize this, here's a status I saw from a female on facebook today:

"Never regret anything because at one time it was exactly what you wanted."

This is how they think, especially in the west. Emotions are the waves to be ridden, and they determine what action is worthwhile and what isn't. If she felt right about it then, it was right, and she can rationalize it as such in the future regardless of what she did. If she didn't feel right at the time, then it wasn't right. Sounds simple...

...but then perhaps she'll decide tomorrow that what was right before is wrong now, simply because she feels differently at this particular moment (hint: the girl who authored that status has not always expressed such a viewpoint, and could change it tomorrow).
Or she could decide that what was wrong then is right now, because her feelings have changed and what felt wrong then feels ok now. And maybe she'll come back around the next day and switch things up again because a change "just feels right" for her at "this stage" in her life, and its exactly what she "needs"...but then next week she feels out of place, so her change was wrong and needs to be curtailed for something that "feels right"...and so on, so forth.

I haven't even mentioned all the crazies that you, as an American male, will undoubtedly have run into already and will certainly continue to run into as time passes. They will make even less sense than what I mentioned above, and will generally be much less predictable.

This is a key to male sexual frustration: too much logic with women, too little understanding of their emotions. Let it all go, and you'll find yourself in a much better place, both romantically and spiritually. Quit fighting the emotional waves and holding them accountable to your own preconceived standards (which, as the video above outlines, should only be applied to men anyway). Instead, learn to either ride them or just let them flow.
Like I said, this stage (the rage) will pass, and that's coming from someone who spent some time there. It is just part of the growth process.

In reality, when we say we hate women...we don't literally hate them.

This is not always true, as my previously quoted stats for violence tend to show. There are a significant amount of guys who get wound up and can't see and feel why they should be sympathetic.

Forgive my repetitiveness but this is the voice of experience, and if I can prevent ONE GUY from getting 5, 10, 15 years from going over the edge, I'm quite willing to annoy 25.

I met many, many guys in prison who became violent to a chick. The satisfaction of dominating her in a brutal way may have been good, but when you see the guy 5 years into his sentence, he doesn't look so tough. She's out there fucking someone else, and he just sits and sits and sits and thinks and thinks and thinks. Because he cannot go anywhere to do anything else.

If you are anywhere close to really injuring someone, what Neil says is good advice... talk to a shrink or someone you trust who can help keep you safe and out of jail. If all else fails, I'd way rather be in an emergency room telling the ER doc "I'm afraid I'm going to hurt somebody" than in a jail.

I'm serious, this is something they are trained to handle and they will be happy to help you. Many people with different kinds of mental illness come to the ER when they are about to come unhinged. They may put you in a locked ward, but only for 72 hours until you calm down. Maybe you'd rather catch a aggravated battery with 1-3 Upstate, your choice.

The ER doc will give you some nice pills to calm down, and you won't beat anyone up.

It all depends on the kinds of girls you deal with.

Conventionally, Western European and American women are thought of as being spoiled, overly demanding and somewhat man-hating.

Now, there IS something to this, I'd be the last person to deny it. But overall, I'd bet my last dollar that it's women who went to college for liberal arts degrees that are REALLY like this. If you date community college girls (and some of them are very hot) I bet you'll find a lot less of these attitudes, even among western women.

Of course, there are also shitty female archetypes that are universal from culture to culture and predate modern feminism by millennia. For example, the princessy hot girl, the gold digger, and so on.

There are no hard and fast rules for spotting these girls, but still, they can be avoided.

Here is one tip for avoiding shitty women: be on the look out for plastic surgery and excessive use of makeup. There are exceptions but this is generally a big indicator pointing toward golddigger or sociopathic narcissist.
