There's something nasty about this case. To me is sounds like The War of the Roses. I won't pass judgement, as that is the job of the jury, but in these domestic cases, neither side can plead total innocence. Interesting how this one turns out.

Extortion is a signature move of Russian babes! Better completely ignore them, you've been warned!
Another signature move here in the US is to come on a fiance visa and then fake domestic violence case. Very easy to do. Just punch yourself in the face and call the cops.
Now they can stay in the US indefinitely if they are a victim of domestic violence. They don't need the loser husband for the green card anymore.
