Hmm...

There is both opportunity and challenge in the future. Prudence requires you be prepared for both.

I spent my early twenties wasting time and money and being a lazy fuck. I am atoning for both with more self-discipline. This means little or no pussy short-term (I've gotten tired of my regular squeeze, would rather jerk off), but I've implemented useful tools.

I don't expect to really start to do well for another three years, but then I'll have 28 and onwards to go nuts in without killing the goose that lays the golden egg.

I've been dating a girl for two years now, living with her for 1.5. Before she moved in I was living with another girl for 4 months, but my 2nd won the don't go insane contest. There is a pic of my live in on my blog. Before those two live ins (and a handful of brief fucks) I had another for a year, but she died. Before her I was with another live in for 2.5 years. Before her a string of girls, before that another very hot live in for a year, before that I kept a rotation of 2 or 4 girls for two years. So the focus has not been on quantity.

Sometimes I'll date as low as a 6, sometimes above 8. I'm a 3. The girls range in age from 19 to 26. I haven't read that book of Roosh's yet, but I don't have to read a book to learn about how attitude affects results. I'm on the wrong end of mid forties and have been single since mid twenties. I haven't been jerking off all these years. Dating happens, and it's been happening before this scene.

I've been through plenty of cycles of boom and bust, so even long dry spells don't totally dry up my charm. One on one I'm not nervous - even if I haven't been laid in too long. I'm taking a less effective and less dangerous road to gaining the same attitude. Partly at the encouragement of the many other gaming boxers in the sphere. Got a few heavy bags, a speedbag, and a double ended bag. Those won't cause any neurological damage, but they still affect the cardio and stamina capable muscles, and build co-ordination in a way that is simulating fighting.

I don't need to be reminded that it's just pretend. But at least it's a good kind of pretend.

They say that alphas walk with their elbows out. I've never been able to fake that walk. But after a heavy session on the heavy bag, I'll have a swagger that comes from the inside, and my elbows will be out. I feel like I've earned that walk.

Over two months of heavy deadlifts and now my elbows are further out. Taking up more physical presence without making any effort.

Powerful lats are very important. I hope lots of guys here do heavy compounds, I know Roosh recommends Stronglifts. I personally follow a higher volume program (a modified version of Korte 3x3), but that's because I'm 22 and have good recovery times, and enough time in the evenings for it.

Weightlifting is great, you learn to do it for yourself, and to have an attitude of beating your personal best, which is applicable in so many areas of life.

I hear this premise often, and I question it. Is it the reality that women frequently mis-time their settling as the wall approaches?

Or is it more true that they are keenly aware of their timing, and usually get the timing correct to the minute?

And when the occasional girl realizes too late that her previous opportunities have faded, that's no signal that given the chance to do it all over again she'd do it any differently. The value of immediate rewards during high fertility years greatly outweigh other considerations. As you would expect biology to insistently tell her. Five minutes of alpha is not an error of judgment.

This is a good insight, that doesn't seem to be intuitive to everyone.

You can help her maintain a "green" light on her continuous checking system which dries up her snatch when too many of those are absent by:

i agree this ^^^ is huge. this is the social intuition/empathy at its finest. the phrase "At each point you're making it easy relative to what she needs" explains it best.

like in IKE's example of Starbucks when she's worried about her image.. on verbal level it's smarter to open with "hi, i haven't seen you for ages" with friendly smile and be innocent physically then isolate to one on one and express what's up for real than for example to start with "hey you're hot come here" right away.

i call it art of trobleshooting for a reason.
