Inspired by the STD thread, I wanted to make this post here because I don't want anyone on the forum to experience what I went through a while back.

I was at this girl's place and ran out of condoms, so I decided to steal one from her roommates stash. It was one of those with Nonoxynol-9 as the spermicide. We had sex, and in the middle of the night I went to take a piss.

What followed next was some of the worst pain I have experienced in my life. It was as if someone set my dick on fire, then poured hydrochloric acid into my peehole. This shit lasted for days, the minute one drop of piss hit my peehole I was seeing stars.

Apparently some people are allergic to the compound they use in spermicidal condoms. I never used condoms(with spermicide), until that day and never will again.

It's possible for a person to be allergic to almost anything. Some people are allergic to latex period, spermicide or not. Unfortunately, sometimes you only learn of the allergy after you're exposed. My guess is you can give yourself a skin test by getting one of the condoms and rubbing it on a spot on your arm and watching for a reaction.
