Interesting, but their criteria seems to favor a different kind of person than most of the forum users. It looks like it's geared towards places to raise kids and basically go out to pasture.

Good looking and friendly women in all those places. I would pick Sydney and Toronto first. And Im very curious about Helsinki.

Helsinki is very livable but expensive and COLD.

Vancouver actually has a few very gorgeous girls, mostly asians though.
