Indian dude is doing that horrible 'semi-game' thing, trying to flirt but with no conviction behind it. Also it would have been better without him standing around when the girl was conducting the interview, third wheel syndrome right here.

Well, either you're doing the interview, or being interviewed. He was just kind of in the scene hanging around. I guess if the purpose was to just be on camera with attractive girls, he succeeded.
