I was cockblocked by a bouncer two weeks back:

I was about to walk into a bar on a Friday night when a very attractive girl walks out to have a smoke. I said "how did you get in here,you're far too ugly?" with a big grin on my face. So I start teasing her outside the pub in front of the bouncer about how hideous she is and that she should drink elsewhere etc. I take her collar and primp it,adjust her hair a little and say how she now looks much better. I run game on her whilst she smokes telling her that smoking will age her and make her uglier,she ioi's me so I went for a make out but she laughingly pushed me away. Anyway she goes back inside the bar and I go to follow but the bouncer puts his hand on my chest and says "not tonight,you're upsetting the customers". WTF! So I said dude I was just running game I wasn't starting a fight with her but he won't budge on it. Cockblocked. I wasn't going to hang around like a beta and wait for her to come out again so I went to another venue. I put it down to jealousy that I was doing well with a attractive woman as the whole interaction was run with a cheeky frame not an aggressive one. He just wanted an excuse to stop me going further.

Greek Kamaki suffered the same regularly in Greece,being constantly cockblocked by bouncers.

In all fairness, I can see how the bouncer might think that you were upsetting her. Maybe he didn't see the "laughingly pushed me away" as that much laughingly.

they are fucking idiots who think they will score by saving the princess who actually doesn't give a fuck about them at all.

i had one meathead confronting me as well for the same reason. i agreed with him and then gave him props for trying to score which confused the hell out of him so i added that "sure, girls need a hero, saving the princess has never worked for you in your life but i respect your determination, peace!" then i left with my crew hahahaha fun times.

conclusion: gaming close to police/bouncers etc is never good idea.

A lot of people treat bouncers like the help or else are overly deferential to them in a way that's patronizing. Most of the time just looking him in the eye and acknowledging him like a human being goes a long way. Unless, of course, the guy is a dick on a power trip, in which case there's not much that you can do.

It sounds to me like you really might be overdoing the whole negging thing, Man. It would take a pretty confident girl to take all that in a good way. What ioi did she give?

Yeah you have to say it to very attractive women only and you have to say it in a totally sarcastic manner so she knows you're taking the piss. Going up to a girl who was not obviously attractive and saying it in a serious manner would be a bad move and you'd come across as an asshole. The ioi's tbe girl gave me were laughing at what I was saying,sharing a cigarette with me,and bantering with me. It was on if I'd been allowed to pursue it further.

It's amazing how often the you're too ugly opener works but you must deliver it right and choose your target well. Mess that up and you end up with a girl and her friend's attacking you.

Right on. I've definitely used milder variations of this, but the way I read it just came across as a little aggressive and possibly overdone. Hard to say without actually seeing it go down though.

Yeah that exactly. Usually when I shoot the shit with bouncers I talk about going to the gym and fights I've been in. They're usually proud of how big they are and quick to try and impress you with all the physical altercations they've been in. I've had some damned good conversations with bouncers.

Yeah I just had the bouncer at my local bar buy me a bunch of drinks last night when he was hanging out after the game. Of course not all bouncers are as cool as this guy...I'm glad to have him in my corner.
