My favorite snack.
Raw honey, goats milk, and almonds.

I’d rather be far right, than far wrong!

RE: My favorite snack.
Yeah I really like almonds as a snack, and my current favorite is probiotic and protein rich goat milk yogurt with organic fruit. I also tend to eat dried organic mango slices a lot, but they are pretty sugary.

RE: My favorite snack.
Excellent! I purchase a kefir culture online, and every morning I make a shake of fermented goats milk with fruit. The health benefits to the flora and fona of your intestines are so incredible, I highly recommend it. 85% of your Immune system is in your intestines. Yogurt is great, but kefir has even more probiotics. I recommend anyone to look into it. As MikeCF extols on his blog, I also juice. Now I am rambling...

For anyone interested I'd be glad to share precisely how to legally get raw milk and what to look for.

I’d rather be far right, than far wrong!
