Got arrested when I was 17, got into an accident. I actually was clean but this is just the way its done here. The cells here are not your typical american cells. Piss smell, no light, rats on the edges...

Luckily I was only held for around 5 hours, and had a cell all for myself. In front of me there was another cell full of dudes, looked like it was only 5 but taking a closer look you could see there were like 10 more spread and sleeping, since it was so dark. They actually started chatting with me and we all just talked about why we were here. Some said they fucked some guy over, others said they raped some girl, I really don't know if it was true though, nor did I really cared.

Managed to get some sleep and woke up to some officer telling me I could go.

I've been arrested a bunch of times. Nothing scarier than being chained to a bunch of other dudes, loaded into a paddy wagon and sent off to the county jail. The paper shoes and orange jumpsuit they make you wear really let you know how fucked up the situation is. I was lucky to have a full pack of cigarettes so everyone was friendly enough. Watched tv and joked around for 8 hours until my friends made my bail. I thought I was going to be there for much longer. What did I get arrested for? Originally it was for underage drinking. When they realized I was 21 and already in custody they changed it to disturbing the peace and destruction of property, total lies. Because I was mellow when they arrested me they cuffed my hands in front. This allowed me to ditch my pipe and bag of weed under the backseat of the cop car. Spring break sucks!

I had a close call one time that could have been a shitload of trouble and bad publicity. Out on a Saturday night, packed truck of buddies, I park in front of a convenience store and get a pack of smokes. Come back out, throw it in reverse and WHAM! Fucking cop car parked right behind me! I get out, shitting a brick, the whole front quarter panel of the cop car is crushed but I don't see the cop anywhere, he's inside the store. My one bro yells "Get the fuck out of here!" I'm half drunk, jump back in and take off. It was a clean getaway and the only damage to the truck was a little white paint smear which came right off with some rubbing compound.

Alcohol has always been involved when I got arrested. I've learned the hard way not to put myself in that position but when you are out boozing it up it's always a possibility.

If you get popped for anything it's imperative you hire the most well connected attorney you can find, they are worth the expense.

I escaped from custody in a police station once. Turned myself in later and did a few months.

I've decided I'll suicide if I ever get a long prison sentence.

My boat title is on permanent file at the bail bonds office for me and select friends. Getting arrested is nothing but giving the state a good case by talking talking to much is a problem so I ask do you need to take me to jail? If you do just take me and I hold my hands out for the cuffs. On my home turf it's no big deal but when I travel I tone my nonsense way down. The last 8 years I swear they must have an asterisk next to my name that say do not bust waste of time or something. I should have been many times and they let me go. I'm currently engaged in a war with some rednecks over them scrapping a specific catamaran boat trailer that I was storing on my lot. They lied to me and I found out by going to the scrap place who took it there. So I gave them the option. Replace it or I'm going to scrap all your shit which includes their personal vehicles. It will get to the point where we fight or they call the cops for sure.
The problem is if I were to call and get one of them busted it will turn civil so this route is necessary. Risky? Yes but they have to learn. At the scrap place the dude who owns it said he hates thieves. I said ya do? That's funny because your fucking shithole here is creating more of them in these two counties that anything else and why the fuck would you crush a custom 3000 dollar trailer? Are you retarded? So we almost got into it as well...At work they took two trailers from my neighbors that ended up there. Really? You guys crush good shit for 10 dollars in steel? So I'm at war with them now too. I just haven't figured out how to shut them down yet. Will I get arrested? Probably at some point but the fact that people are roaming around picking anything steel or metal they can find is driving me nuts. Last night..Thank god for this poor soul that my kid was up but Ihad a hubcap in my front yard and I saw a car stop in front of my house. The dude gets out and starts walking into my yard and grabs it. My kid saw me rush to put my shoes on and was following me and I didn't want her to see what was about to happen....I've got a pic of the scrap scale and my trailer.

Never been caught. It's not that I don't do stupid shit, it's just that when I do stupid shit, there's no cops around.

I've been caught by campus security a handful of times, they usually don't give me anything too bad.

Kind of maybe, but it was all dismissed anyway. All bullshit by a punk on a power trip.

Months later, he was arrested by his own squad for a drunken ATV incident (in uniform) that resulted in "two felony counts of reckless driving with serious bodily injury and two of DUI with serious bodily injury" and fired. Homie was cruising for sluts on SoBe, took one for an early morning ride with no lights (and a BAC way past the limit) and ran over two beachgoers.

Been cuffed for minor in possession of alcohol. No big whoop.

I've been drunk every time I've been stopped at a sobriety checkpoint. I do stupid shit when I'm drunk like practice saying the alphabet backwards. I can bust that shit on a tab of acid, gram of coke, 4 bonghits, and 6 shots of tequila no problem. I'm a champ at sobriety tests.

When I was 18 I was fucking hammered at a party with my gf and best friend. I was the most fucked up out of all of us but a cop pulled us over, pulled us all out and handed me the keys because my girl and buddy were underage and there's a curfew in my hometown. I literally saw 3 pairs of keys swimming around in front of me but I grabbed em from his hand and got in the drivers seat and followed the fucker until he stopped and let my girl and buddy out cuz there was a shooting nearby. Goddamn miracle he couldn't see the whites of my eyes because I was drunk and stoned off my gourd, and here he was handing me a pair of keys...
