There's a story like this every few years, and yeah, they usually have to cut a hole in the side of the house and use a forklift. They're shut-ins, so they outgrow all of the doorways. There's obviously serious psychological issues going on here. There was a guy here in New York several years ago (I think his name was Walter Hudson), that had to be removed from his house when he got too bid to leave. I remember a story where he laid out how much he ate during an average day.
