I only loan money to very close friends when they don't have cash on hand and I know I will see it next week or within a month max. I can count these people on one hand and have fingers left over.

I've lost thousands of dollars loaning money to friends that I assumed would pay me back and then never did. If they are asking you for money and can't get a loan out of a bank or loan institution, why do you think you should loan them money? Lesson learned. Learn from my mistakes.

re:$50 slag.. so what. you got service, she got what she needed. youre not trying to wife that, hell, not even trying to feed it at a restaurant. that is a price of some sushi n sake in a cheap place for a normal date.. honestly, all pussy comes with costs. hidden, sunk or up front. youre getting it with watertight logistics.. I agree, that bang was not bad at all for its value, petite, very thin MILF with huuge ones (Ds is my guess)...but it's not about the money. I was proud of gotten gamed her in some way, and now it feels like a cheap bang, nothing to be much proud of. I couldn't know how this would turn out, so I don't blame myself.

Update: Not off to a good start. Started off saying 'Hey' and she replied with a 'Hi' with barely any eye contact and continued walking to her room. Advice on better openers in this situation (first meeting with a new neighbours) might help here.

Would it be a good idea to now ignore her till she opens?

I hooked up with a neighbor... she lived two doors down from me...

We ended up not getting along at the end but we were cordial when we saw each other and it didn't cause many problems except for some slight awkwardness when we ran into each other in the hall or elevator which wasn't really all that often.

How I would of done it in college: Invite some friends over on a low key drinking night (wednesday/Thursday), get things going and then personally go invite her over, pretty casually... If she comes - play some drinking games, liven the place up, DHV - make some subtle moves if she sticks around into the night.

If she doesn't come you've shown your intent. Step back, DHV and be a respectful neighbor till she gets curious..

Good idea. But my friends don't drink and they are anti game for the most part. Its kind of screwed up, one of the reasons why I decided going solo is going to be the DHV compared to having them around. One thing I realized is that having a good circle of friends is necessary to add value apart from it being crucial for night game and social circle game.

Yeah, that might work as an experiment. I should have opened with a joke or some situational opener but after getting that kind of response, I also now know what kind of person she is.

Just met a hot neighbor in the washing machines' room. She was friendly during the chat, bit on two of my baits and told me her appartment number ("if you need anything") when saying goodbye.
