Went to the mall over lunch to burn some time and spotted a really cute Asian girl at the hat/cap kiosk. She was very petite and wearing short shorts and high heels and, of course, a cap. Why I didn't approach her on the first pass I do not know...I had gotten myself in a sociable mood by chatting it up with some Burberry store employees and was feeling good. I believe it was pure fear as I'm new to day game.

I started to leave and was almost out when I thought "fuck this, get your ass back there and talk to her"..so I made a 180 and started brainstorming what I would say. When I got to her kiosk I pretended to look at hats for a minute then looked at her and locked eyes. She was much prettier than I had first thought. She came over asking if I needed help so I opened with "so do you have to wear a hat since you work at a hat store?" she laughed and said yes then I followed with "well I'm not really a hat guy, but I feel like I need to keep up with the hottest trends in case I ever change my mind". We bantered for about 5 minutes, she showed me hats, I tried one on she giggled and said it looked good. I asked where she was from and she said Korea. I said "ann yong" and she seemed to like that. She told me her name and that she had been here only three years. After a few more minutes I told her I may return to buy a hat some day, but that I couldn't promise anything. She made me pinky promise with her to return and I was surprised she initiated physical contact, but she's also doing her job of being flirty to sell things so didn't read too much into that.

Then asked for her number...to which she hesitated then said something like "well maybe if you come back..." and told me which days of the week she works.

I'm basically just happy I followed through and did it. I thought I had lost whatever I had for Asian girls, but she was extra cute and flirty.

Question is, should I swing back by and keep working on her? Or not bother as she probably flirts with all the young guys that pretend to be customers?
