I lifted weights, incorporated some curls. First time really working upper body in months due to shoulder injury, seemed alright (I did the kind where you put your elbow on your knee.)

Not today but sunday. My ex girlfriend invited me to a pool party with barbecue somewhere countryside. I was sleeping like a stone because had been out till 6 am the previous night, stayed another 2 hours in bed, then calmly took my shower, had my coffee, and put my ass on the road. Bought some cold beer and headed to the place. Was a bit late of course, and missed the barbecue, still on time for some swimming though. Weather was not the best, wich was amazing for me because I am still recovering from a bad sunburn I got last week after banging a crazy russian sponsorette girl (instagram hoe?) in the beach dunes at 11 am peak sun and then falling asleep for 2 hours turned up, after a night fueled with cocaine and booze...
At the end of the pool party she asked if I can give her a lift home, I said of course, her girlfriend who rode her there asks if I am going to do bad things with her on our way back, I said of course I will do. I noticed immediately what was going on...on our way back I put my hand between her legs and she stretches them wide...I feel already some wetness on her shorts and I start fingering her...lady was on fire, I had to put it down...stopped under the neareast Chaparro by the road, it was sunset time and banged her there inside the car, and as the sun set banged her more on the nature, around 2 hours on this, never seen such a tough fire to extinguish, I bet she does not bang for long time. Then we finish having some beers seated in the trunk of my car while laughing and cracking jokes. Took her home...and hungry as fuck, came to my place and cooked a baddass bull steak, finished dinner around midnight and slept like a baby till next morning.

Told a hot college girl to drive 75 minutes to meet me for sex. She did, we drank mojitos and banged our brains out. We had to buy condoms first so at Target I had her put on one of those raptor heads and dance around for me while I filmed it.

Cleaning my Remington 870 and wearing an American flag shirt. Happy 4th gents.

This was months ago but on the bus a trashy ass thug was mean mugging me commenting on my tattoos and showing his box cutter. He did other things like talk all slurred and stuff, even got up a couple times. I gave zero fucks until it was near my stop when he asked me where I was getting off.

I called him out loudly while maintaining my distance and that made him sit the fuck down....when I think back I guess I should have done it sooner but whatever I can't turn back time. If things got out of hand at bare minimum the guy would be in a hospital. I push my limits everyday whether it's working out, staying that extra minute when boxing, etc so nobody was going to mess around with me. I even remember wearing my black rifle coffee company shirt on haha. Some people are seriously so stupid.

Combined suntanning and kettlebell exercises by doing them outside in the summer heat.

One old school thing: Shaved at the communal sinks after a post-workout shower at my Y.

I had been noticing all the older grey-hairs doing this, right out of the shower, a towel wrapped around their plump midsection, they all use the same shaving cream, a can of Red, White and Blue Barbasol. I used soap instead.

I normally shave my face with an electric razor. That's what I've been using for decades. Recently I started shaving my head (which has no bald spots) for better cooling at the gym. I ran across Rich Cooper's video on halftime razors, so I decided to give it a try. Works well. I'm using a Gillette shaving cream, just because I have no idea what the best selection is.

And you know the old joke about why bald men should wear turtleneck shirts? Well, I wind up with such a Velcro scalp that I really don't want to try putting one on. Just putting on a t-shirt for the gym is a bit of a struggle.

Introduced my buddy to an Asian girl I knew from a while back, got him her number this past Friday. She came by last night and he got some slanty-eyed pussy. He always wanted to check that box.

Serviced my car. Growing up the way I did I'm still amazed people don't know how to do something as simple as an oil change.

I always did this, too. There was just something so overwhelmingly satisfying about it. When the EPA did the new disposed oil regulations, it almost made it completely impractical to service your own car. I don't blame one side or the other, obviously there is merit to not fucking up the earth, but can't we get some simpler regulations? I wanna fix and maintain my own stuff.

I always take my used oil to autozone or someplace similar. Pouring it out on the ground seems like a horrible idea.
