World's Richest Woman Tells 'Jealous' Poor to Drink Less
http://www.newser.com/story/153149/world...-less.html

"Australia's Gina Rinehart may be the world's wealthiest woman, but she's almost certainly not the most well loved. The mining tycoon tackled the subject of those who are "jealous" of the rich in a magazine column, and offered them some advice: "Spend less time drinking or smoking and socializing, and more time working."

"Rinehart, who is sitting on a $30.1 billion family fortune, pointed out that "there is no monopoly on becoming a millionaire" and encouraged the idea of hard work (while also pushing the government to lower the minimum wage)."

this warpig just destroyed the competition in entering #1 spot in my most-hated list

No offense, but I don't see why people get so worked up about "The Rich". For the most part, as long as they're not committing fraud or acquiring their wealth in an unethical manner, I don't see why I should care. Congratulations, someone has something that you don't have, why feel bad about it?

I will admit that trying to lower the minimum wage is a douche bag move though.

My personal opinion is that if you inherited your money, it is best just to shut the fuck up and be grateful. Don't offer advice to poor and working class people. That is like me offering advice to Lolo Jones on how she could have improved her Olympic performance and won a medal. I have ZERO FUCKING CLUE what it is like to be an Olympian and to compete at her level.

The chick is welcome to say whatever the fuck she wants, However, other than pissing people off, I don't see what the value is in doing so. Most likely, she just doesn't give a shit.

I'm not knocking the rich, but we're talking about someone who inherited her fortune and now preaches about hard work and drinking less, it's so wrong it's mind-boggling

Sounds like the advice of a miserable miser. Don't socialize or drink, just work your ass off until you're old and alone... But rich!

I work with people like this quite a bit. They are pretty detached from reality... mostly their lives are complete shit though... so rest easy knowning that most of the wealthiest families are pricks to their children.

I don't like when people who were born into money start giving advice on how to work harder and taking risks. It's like a spitting in the face of people who actually have to work to survive.

Looks like she should spend more time getting plastic surgery and exercising before she has a heart attack and can't enjoy that money anymore.

Spend less time hating and more time figuring out how to get what you want .....

she's absolutely correct. doesn't matter is she inherited it or not.

Just like game: Don't hate players and naturals, dont hate women ......... learn what it takes to get laid, apply it, and reap the rewards.

is it supposed to be easy, simply, convenient ........NO. nothing worthwhile having is generally speaking.
