what do you guys do when you have a meeting set up with a girl and she flakes but suggests a different day? if you roll with it because you actually are free that alternate day, it'd seem like your schedule is too flexible, so what would you guys do? say no and suggest a different alternative day/time than the one she suggests?

I had a girl flake on me a few weeks ago. I didn't respond until after the date was supposed to happen. I responded with "maybe next week". the next week we negotiated on a day and the date happened. I like this approach because it finds a balance between not seeming too available, pushing back on her for flaking, and leaving a bit of mystery as to whether you will actually get back to her.

Just say you have plans at that time and suggest a time that's good for you. I wouldn't flake if you want to bang her.

Don't over think it. It's a bitch move to flake but she still wants to hangout so you weren't stood up. Be the calm, cool and collected guy. I wouldn't negotiate with her at all. Be the man and say this time is better.
